PROCESS
STEP 1
DESIGN
We start with detailed architectural designs based on your needs and preferences.
Structural engineers then create the LGSF framework to meet safety standards and specify dimensions and load-bearing capacities.
STEP 2
MANUFACTURE
Steel components are fabricated and cold-formed using the in-house machine, then pre-assembled into panels and modules.
Quality control ensures all parts meet standards before shipping to the construction site.
STEP 3
INSTALLATION
Assembly of the steel frame by erecting wall panels, floors, and roof structures on the foundation.
Followed by installation of electrical wiring, plumbing, insulation, and fit windows, doors, and cladding according to the design.
STEP 4
FINAL PRODUCT
Completion of the interior and exterior with drywall, painting, and flooring and other final touches.
Final inspections and testing before handing over the completed house to the client.
